Many people ask themselves how to “increase my metabolism” and expect the answer to be in some magic new pill.  However metabolism is naturally higher with younger people and as you grow older it slows down naturally.

Vitamins and minerals - Some vitamin like B, C, D and E can help you increase metabolism. You can take them in form of pills, liquid or you can increase the amount of fruit and vegetables that contain these vitamins in significant amounts. Just try to eat them raw or steamed.

Certain green vegetables are very useful and probably the best source of natural minerals and vitamins you need if you want to stay healthy and fit.

So each time you ask yourself how to “increase my metabolism” remember that with any diet you need to be careful and eat properly balanced meals. Without it all you will achieve is hurting your body.
